There are several designs with pending updates to fix outstanding issues, and the faction as a whole is awaiting the implementation of plasma weapons for new designs, or until the content manager decides to stop waiting. I strongly suggest looking at the Grey Talons before dropping content for the game, as they are in much better condition and have a lot of cool designs to show off.

Hell, even the Lightning Hoods could have probably sunk the Pilkington. Lasers and Particle Cannons are ridiculous. Plus, his entire arsenal is countered by the Scarlet Dawn. He gonna get f#!ked if he don't make some major changes.

The lightning hoods could not defeat anything. Their ship is made of plastic cheese. PACs are not good. The only strong SD ship is the Bishop, and the Thyr can defeat that as well..
