had that happen on my dbxl, went through the woods a quarter mile before it hit a tree, did some damage,
had that happen with my primal dragster was not pretty ran it right into the curb but it could have been worse just had to replace steering and carbon frame plate. An bend back aluminum frame support @@UAERCADDICTS

Depends how will you drive it! Big air sends go with xmaxx dunes kartwheeling drag go for kraton both need upgradesby the way
Great Video! I have a question, is there anyone you know who runs an Arrma Senton blx in the desert? If so, how well does it keep the sand out of the gears? Been trying to decide between a slash 4x4 vxl or a Senton 3s blx or a Kraton 4s blx

@@UAERCADDICTS okay thanks. Depends on what I find cheaper, usually the Slash goes for sale in insta for 600 and there's a senton for sale on dubizzle for 1300. When I have the money, if a Slash pops up for cheap, I'll get that. Otherwise the senton

I run a Arrma Vorteks 3s blx on the beach where i live. Stock it fills up with sand emediatly. Pain in the but to clean it. I’ve bought a dusty motors cover and made plastic flaps attached to the steering to block the holes where the steering comes through the body. That kept almost al the sand out. But due to the cover the motor would overheat. So i bought a high speed fan from Aliexpress and now it stays cool. When you run in the sand you have to clean the car after each run. The salty sand corrodes all the metal and get into the bearings eventually. Now and then i open up al the bearings and clean them with wd40. Then fill them up with grease. Running in the sand with sand paddels is great fun, but requirs a lot of maintenance.

I have a question about the HPI 5sc bodies. I see someone using a clear one, is that a new body? I heard that hpi lost the moulds for the body and so you can't get new ones. I have a 5sc flux and wouldn't mind getting my hands on a new body
The clear one is for rovan from aliexpress 🥲 i know the original hpi body is vintage
