N. Rift leaders oppose appointment of new Moi University VC

Two governors and several MPs have warned that they will stop the Moi University 32nd graduation ceremony set for this Thursday and Friday unless Professor Isaac Koskey is installed as the new Vice Chancellor to replace Prof. Richard Mibei who exited office. The leaders are up in arms after Professor Laban Ayiro was named the acting Vice Chancellor of the institution with the Rift Valley leaders warning that a local should instead be named to head the university.
