Graduation ceremony takes place at Moi University amid tight security

- It was a tense 32nd graduation ceremony at Moi university. Local leaders had threatened to sabotage the event in protest against the appointment of a person who is not a Kalenjin as the vice chancellor.
Loise Wangui reports that the leaders boycotted the ceremony.
