thanks a bunch man....I spent a long time trying to get the head off thinking I had to line up the grooves in the head. Took me five minutes after seeing your video!
Thanks for that. I always get a bit nervous when parts don't readily come apart and am reluctant to pry things apart without knowing its the right way to do things.
Thanks so much for your help. I did this before with your help and just had to do it again. Knew I wouldn’t remember how to do it, so saved it to my favorites. So you’ve helped me twice. Thanks again from Raleigh, NC !!!! In
Thanks for helping me not to break a replacement piece that was hard to find. It's late, but I'm heading out to pop that cap off and replace it so I can start trimming at dawn!
Perfect. Your vid gave me the confidence to pry on the blue thing. It popped off and I had the new one installed in about 30 seconds. A test of the string feed and it was back to working perfectly. THANK YOU.
This is identical to the Greenworks Pro 60V string trimmer. In fact, I ordered the Husqvarna part number when Greenworks didn't list the replacement part and eBay showed this as a replacement part number.
Worst trimmer head. I'm on my 3rd one in 2 years. Something that is supposed to spin while being tapped on the ground, shouldn't come apart after it's worn down. Bummer
