I'm afraid my hands are too big for this. But it's the exact way Lain seems to hold the g chord in the poster. Everytime you see that art of Lain holding a guitar it looks like she's playing your fucked up evil, but more authentic g chord.
I finally found a guitar cover that doesn't have fancy pedals or equipment! It's so beautiful to see we have the same Aria guitar, I can't wait to try this song out! :D
u can play the first chord Gmaj5/6 without barre , so just play a normal G chord but add the 3rd fret on the B string and the E string by itself , it is easier like this to switch between Gmaj5/6 and Bmin12 and its Emin7 not just Emin the index finger stays on the 2nd fret of the A string for all the chords and its easy

Im guessing you're a beginner? As you learn guitar and train your hands will become more flexible over time, and you can always substitute with different G chords. You may even like the sound more using other ones
In the verse, the chord changes every measure (4 beats). The chorus is like this: Em Bm G ↓ ↓ ↓ ↑ ↓ ↓ ↓ 1 2 3 4 ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ 1 2 3 4 In the bridge the chord changes once every 2 measures.
I'm not sure I'm the best person to give advice on picking technique, but I'd say just try hitting the strings at a bunch of different angles until you find something that seems to work for you
Hey i'm pretty unfamiliar with playing the guitar so this question might sound stupid but how do you move your right hand like that? Is there something specific to learn or is it different for everyone individually?
yeah strumming technique is honestly something that I think is best figured out by just experimenting and seeing what works best for you. If you're using a pick like I am you'll want to find a way of holding it between your index finger and thumb, there are some variations in the grip but it's generally like that. And as you strum you'll want to make sure your wrist is loose and most of the movement comes from your wrist, this is more energy efficient than using your entire arm. of course none of this is solid "rules" and generally if something works for you and you like how it sounds, then do it!
