Wow...this is perhaps the first time I've seen Ted be almost _more_ affected by their interactions than Ralph: Such as when he said the name of the plant, he realised what a bad idea that was given...everything. And don't even get me started on the end...!! So genuinely heartbreaking. 😔❤❤
Thanks for posting this..I've been looking for this for sooo long. Does anyone remember Ted breaking down in tears of frustration after another such encounter with Ralph?? I seem to remember Ted crying because there's a hint in the 'sketch' that he does indeed have feelings for Ralph...? I would be very aprreciative if anyone can suggest which show that is in or post it on here?...please
That's a difficult one: I personally think Ted DOES have feelings for Ralph, but there is pretty much every type of barrier between them! -Ted is a lot older -He's an employee -He's known Ralph since he was a little boy -He's married (to a woman) -He has children probably close to Ralph's age -He would have grown up in Ireland, where homosexuality wasn't decriminalised until the 1990's... Loneliness and repression are *_not_* a good mix. Here is the evidence. ❤❤
