Also just to let you know that EVERY Technical Death Metal Drummer will make mistakes live but these guys don’t do it to the point where they are “Messy” which means they continuously mess up. No Tech Death Drummer plays 100% perfect live all the time. Your like a person that judges a Jet Fighter Pilots Flying Skills when you yourself have no clue how to fly and if you did know how to fly you would be nowhere near as good as the person your judging. Basically you have a worthless opinion with no proof to back it up.

I don’t really get way people get discouraged when they see someone better then them. If anything seeing people way better then me at guitar just makes me wanna get better so that I can be as good as that person. Making this comment in recent light of the controversy.
I completely agree. He's such an inspiration to better your playing, because he pushes the boundaries of what people think is possible on drums.
He makes me strive to practice and enjoy the experience. His skills didn't get gifted to him, he worked his ass off for decades for it. Makes me want to do the same.
I play because it's fun, I enjoy jamming with friends, just playing what sounds good and what's heavy. I'll never reach this level but music is sounds, it's not necessarily about raw talent, although beastly skittles are whatsup.
People get discouraged, because they have the mindset of "no matter how much I practice, all of itself worthless because I'll never get to his level. Why would anyone pick me over him?"
The best drummer I’ve seen!!!!!!!! Shannon Lucas was my favorite drummer when he was in The Black Dahlia Murder and this guy is now my next favorite drum cause he’s insane!!!!!!!!

This is pretty impressive for a single take video. The intro section to Mental Prolapse is one of the best musical composures I have heard in a long time. It is beautifully written and performed and you did a great job with it here.

I think, if anyone asked me to tell them the most technically challenging song in the history of music was, I’d tell them mental prolapse. I come back and watch this playthrough and the playthrough of the husk like once every few weeks. It never ceases to amaze me.

I just seen rings of saturn live in October, in michigan. It was truly one of the best shows I've ever seen, talent was off the walls and they delivered hardcore. Thank you guys!
When you record very fast drums with program for live performance you will have these two options
1- this guy.
2- forgetting live performance or at least drums parts.
