Nah. Most heating issues are caused by poor thermal design. iPad mini doesn't have this issue thanks to its size. Other gaming Android phones don't throttle that much because they have active cooling system.
@@bushgreen260 You can't defy physics unfortunately. iOS is pretty aggressive on throttling its SoC when it heats up. The only workaround is to drop to medium settings, and/or use low power mode. iPads however can run this game at max settings, 60 fps without throttling because it has better heat dissipation.
@@lewsee5562 the game hasn't been updated for iPhone 13 yet to take proper advantage of the new gpu. The iPhone 13 pro max has a gpu at least 55% faster than iPhone 12. So it should stay locked 60fps max settings even when it throttles once updated.

If they used aluminum chassis the iPhone would performed better because the heat will go away instead of staying because of the stainless steel.
Nope, Apple devices has higher render resolution like android devices, the 800p for iOS and 720p for Android the last numbers what i know, but it was a few months ago, so maybe these numbers are already outdated.
@@alexasbagel the simple explanation is that it reduces performance to the A14 level but at the same time increases power efficiency and lower thermal increase. @@artoryx5901 I honestly don’t know man. But heating’s never good on electronics. And if we can’t even play this game on the flagship phones how do they even expect us to play this in mobile💀
How much time it take to heat?
So basically… “New 5-core GPU” and “New 4-core GPU” aren’t that different from the previous 4-core GPU, huh? There’s no point if the GPU can process the best graphics if it can’t keep it stable or handle the heat. I’m upgrading from the SE2 so I think I’ll just stick with the 13. The other features the Pro has and the extra battery life just isn’t worth the extra money for me.
@EternalEnvy Uniqorn Nice to know!!! Heat management is definitely what’s the problem. There are cases that have a fan on it, wondering if it makes a difference at all.
@EternalEnvy Uniqorn I might definitely give it a try then! Thanks! And don’t worry, your English is fine. Nvr apologise for language skills unless there’s a terrible miscommunication :)
@@takeru91 I play genshin in iPhone 13 the normal do you think it’s good in genshin when it be in 60 Fps
@@Iam.nothing15 No. It starts out smooth but then starts to lag and the fps drops significantly. There’s really no reason for 60 fps anyway. You can if you want, but I’ve gotten so accustomed to 30 fps and the smooth gameplay.
@@takeru91 but 30FPS make the game low graphics 🥲 I wish I if I have money to buy iPad Air 5 M1

Can you do a video for ip13pm with funcooler pro for fps test and throttling thanks
As expected, and despite the negativity of some demographics, the iPhone 13 Pro Max performs better than any other non-gaming phone in Genshin. Lower the settings and a consistent 60FPS is achievable. The temps also remain acceptable compared to the SD888 and overall proving the A15 is the best performing chip in all departments and a target for Samsung and Qualcomm to aim at? I have heard there will be delays in the s22 and I assume after seeing the A15 the powers that be are spending more time tweaking to try and close the gap?
Dont ever compare a15 to the last year chipset 💁🏻♂️💁🏻♂️💁🏻♂️ wait 898 and 2200 to comes out next year 🥴🥴🥴
@@Browse-i3n …the SD888 is this year, no phones were actually released in 2020 with the SD888, one was announced on Dec 28, so the Sd888 is the 2021 de facto chip for 2021. Both are 5nm whereas the SD898 is rumoured to be 3nm so a gen above. Also, there may be delays due to Samsung fab issues, so S22 may not arrive until mid-March?
@@andyH_England a14 also 5nm 🤔
Get your math right...
When was iphone 12 is released?? Its not
2021 but on 2020...
Android and apple chipset are same it took 1 year before they released new one ...
Apple release phones on september/october (early next gen chipset you can get 💁🏻♂️💁🏻♂️)
Android high end chipset release on janurary(chinese)/febuary (global)
So this a15 is gonna to be compared with sd898 and exynos 2200... Not last year chipset...
Sd898 , exynos 2200 and a15 is gonna to finish this year .... Only difference is the time android and apple choose when to released their chipset.....
Sd888 is last year chipset same as Apple 14 because its COMPLETELY DEVELOP AND FINISH LAST YEAR..
XIAOMI MI 11 CHINESE WAS RELEASED 1 JANURARY 2021... I buy mi 11 chinese on 3 january..
sd888 Global version phone is released at February so next year on february consumer can buy globally phone with sd898 global version...
@@Browse-i3n I am assuming you mean same gen and if the SD898 is 3nm then it is a gen ahead, but if it remains on 5nm then I will concede the SD898 is the same gen as the A15. We shall have to wait and see. But you will look a fool if you keep saying a 3nm is the same gen as a 5nm as that is totally wrong and seems like fandom rather than logic. Let us assume the SD898 is 5nm and then we will have to wait, as you say, to compare? I have heard loads of rumours and am unsure as Samsung has admitted big problems with its 3nm with high fail rates and issues, hence why Exynos may go to S Korea and the US as well as normal regions. I would not have great expectations on what next year’s Android chips will do as rumours are bad hence the delays.
@@andyH_England the nanometer is depend on what the engineer wants to choose..
Example... Like INTEL VS AMD CPU!!!..
Amd released 7nm on 2019.. tell me how about intel???
Yet intel 11 Gen CPU 10nm still perfomed good as ryzen 5000series 7nm
If APPLE DEVELOP A16 in 5nm are you still going to compared it with sd898 3nm??
Of course a16 is going to be powerful THAN SD898 because it will be develop next year 2022..
*Why would you compared chipset that is completely develop in 2021 to the chipset that is developed in 2020 not 2021 like sd898 and exynos 2200*
???
Are you ok?
I phone 13 pro max can run Genshin in 120 fps but sumsung can't 😌🤝

Anyone has problem with mic on ipad pro? It works when i use teams, zoom, camera,…but doesnt work when i use record, siri, and some 3rd apps which require micro access…

so does buying an iphone is better for gaming than asus or redmagic for gaming?
For genshin impact in particular, no its not.
it really doesnt matter. just buy a phone you like.
@@hailgod1 oh thanks im having a hard time choosing on which or what should i buy one that i wont waste my money with
Buy an iPhone, much efficient and better speakers. If you’re buying it for genshin impact then don’t forget to play with Low Power Mode on.
Anyone noticed the chat texts on iPhone 13 look smaller compared to the previous models? (iPhone 11 for example)
The Iphone 13 Pro Max is So Impressive Ultra Performing Than the Iphone 13 Series🤯🤩🤤
Yup, that’s why it cost more money but it’s worth it
iPhone is almost everything , the cam , cpu,gpu etc.. soon apple chipset will reach 1m mark 1.2m-1.5m until 2m mark is definitely a beast phone with excellent cameras.
@@jenniferjennings5580 there some few android device r more beast than iphone 13
It's look iphone really have a heating issues on CPU. I guess the reason is iphone mother broad design, CPU is soldering in the middle of two pcbs.
Nah. Most heating issues are caused by poor thermal design. iPad mini doesn't have this issue thanks to its size.
Other gaming Android phones don't throttle that much because they have active cooling system.
*Has this game been updated yet for the iPhone 13 to fully take advantage of the new GPU?*
No
@@fdw4216 once updated for iPhone 13, I'm confident this game will run at a locked 60fps at max settings even when it throttles.
@@bushgreen260 People said the same for the iPhone 12, nothing changed. The iPhone 12 goes from 6 to 3.5 watts, this iPhone goes from 7 watts to 3.5 watts. It's clear that it can go further because the CPU reaches 50°. If they used aluminum chassis the iPhone would performed better because the heat will go away instead of staying because of the stainless steel.
what would you choose? android or ios in playing genshin impact?

Pubg nowadays can run at any phone with a good enough processor without any throttling

He tested normal. Low power performs better
@@DameTech why does it perform better
@@alexasbagel the simple explanation is that it reduces performance to the A14 level but at the same time increases power efficiency and lower thermal increase. This causes the phone to heat up slower and maintain a steady 60 fps for a lot longer. The a14 was already powerful enough to run the game at 60 fps, but thermals was the issue

I think mihoyo needs to optimize the game on mobile devices. Idk, it really runs hot even on android devices.
That’s not migoyos fault, it runs so hot because it’s a small device, it doesn’t have big fans like computers
Hi, please review the Xiaomi tab 5 pro Sd870.
Can you do CALL OF DUTY MOBILE on Iphone 13 pro max
Geshin Impact is no excuse ! Whether it be the most optimized phone ,chipset you have "if" there's no cooling fan mounted on it, will definitely heat up! we all know that, when it goes to games with massive RAM consumed ,it heats up bcs it's running! one example is like a tire, when you travel longs distances you're seeing this white smoke steam coming out from your tire.
The same goes to your Phone, the higher CPU,GPU used.. the more energy is released and it heats up gradually until it reaches that certain celsius, 44°c is crazy.
Watching on my brand new alpine green iPhone 13 Pro max!! Upgraded from the iPhone 12 Pro max and gave it to my mom!! Yes but no becuz iPhone 13 pro max still doesn't support 120fps ingame but if your want to play in 120fps you won't be able to play 120 becuz low power mode limits ur fps to 60
GR already did a video on this, and yes the power saving mode helped a bit. It just delays the inevitable throttling though, since the IPhones don't have much internal cooling.
