Hello, I just want to thank you for all the excellent articles and videos you have created. I'm an Indian-American and want to learn my ancestor's martial arts, and these are an invaluable resource for me.

Awesome video! I'll try to learn Indian martial arts with your channel. I also learning HEMA as a student in Taiwan, we usually use a feder or steel blunt sword in training. May I know how you get your tulwar or where can I buy a steel blunt tulwar that parameters closes with yours?

I am very glad that you are interested in Indian martial arts. This is an undeservedly forgotten art, although it is the most real of all fencing arts, as shown by the events of 1857-59. I use real sharp authentic historical weapons. This allows you not to make mistakes when learning. At ebay.com, you can buy both ancient and new talwar. They are absolutely identical and cost about the same. But the pommel must necessarily be in the form of a plate, not zoomorphic. Or if you will be in India in a major city, in Rajasthan, you can buy or order sword from a master. Blunt swords can be bought and transported.
