I know you said that you were not going to chart a reproduction of this sampler. But, I really, REALLY, truly hope and wish that you do!!! It is so unique and beautiful. I would not do the beading myself, but my oh my, I would love to stitch that for my home. Please reconsider charting that beautiful sampler! 💞

I loved visiting Hobby House through you, It feels as if I were there. I will be there next year for your Useful Work weekend and I am so excited! The beaded smpler caught my eye as soon as I started watching your flosstube. It is outstanding! The border is what caught my eye first and then the beautiful alphabets. Perhaps upon further investigation you may want to reproduce it in thread in the future? 😊😊. And how thoughtful of your husband to book you a class in Paris. I'm very excited to visit Hobby House Landing when I'm up for Useful Work next year. I think I shall drive from Virginia so I don't have to worry about baggage fees from my purchases 😄
I love your new large beautiful sampler spell hoping you change your mind and chart it in cross stitch the colors are exquisite and the design is something else hoping you changed your mind did I say that already😂

Hello Kim - I could not find a link on the Hobby House Needleworks’ website but they did have a really lovely selection in stock. Maybe if you email them. I believe they were made by Paxe Designs. The TWA hotel had a real plane in their courtyard that I think was a cocktail bar. We didn’t investigate on this visit, we were more interested in the exhibition of uniforms which I found fascinating. When we sent our husbands photos they said in was a very special plane. Air hostesses were so chic in the 50/60 and 70’s.
