I love the way he guides me, the voice is my compass along the open space of the meditation. Thank you Jon

I’ve been using his recorded mindfulness meditation sessions for years. Love his voice, what he says, and he doesn’t say too much or too little.

Thanks so much for this, I’ve been listening to it daily for about 2 months before that I was practicing and becoming more aware of my breathing on a daily basis... it’s been incredible and so eye opening and it really is the doorway to I believe everything.
I have found yours to be one of the best at creating the awareness, focus, internal peace and perspective of the most powerful thing we possess and really don’t listen to enough. I’m 67 my blood pressures normal, my mood has become sooo chilled and accepting, I’ve lost over a stone in weight not even trying to and the most important thing in my life is my breath
Bless you Jon Kabet Zinn I really don’t believe you realize the massive benefit you are to the universe ❤️

Great exercise, for me good balance between talking drawing me back into the breath and quiet practise.

Thank you again for creating this easy to experience breath meditation. I’m always surprised about how difficult it can be to actually stop to do it.

The university near me, University of Pennsylvania has in person mindfulness training. I suggest you Google it in your area and maybe you can find something. Good luck

It's more like an introduction to meditation. He talks a lot during this. Everything he is saying is important but I feel like it would be better to listen before you meditate and then do a meditation with less talking.

How can anyone be relaxed by this? Every time he started speaking again he scared the life out of me and I didn’t have the volume up loud. Turned it off.

Hi Carolina, I want to first thank you for trying it in the first place. May be you can try again. We get startled when we don't pay attention. And getting startled is also an experience , it will go away soon.

Normally produces very good guided meditations, however, far, far, far to much talking. Two thirds in simply had to switch it off because it became annoying 😢

Really wish there was less ‘guidance’ and more time for meditation. All one is doing is listening to the voice going on & on!

How else can a person record an audio book if they don't talk? Would you pay for a book with a silent narrator?

    • @ChristopherDanner

Hello, See Sharp Major, there are videos on RUclips of just silence if you’d prefer that
