Good video.i say from adv lvl athlet.using all time push pull rest and like this for many years .sometime just doing less reps or intensity.i like all ur videos
Something like that? Warmup 3x 90% max hold progression 4x3 L-sit to progression 5x8 pike to leans Then basics like 4x12 hspu or 4x12 dips or 4x12 pushups And finish with 3xmax dragon flag
Thank you guys for this information!! Quick question. When you do a planch and a front lever day, do you superset those skills or do planche first and then front lever etc…
@@Bodysthenics so front lever before hspu Then my strenght work? Upper lower split. Or should I do push and pull Then on my pull I add squats and on push calves.
Great video but I have a question don’t you need strength days to become stronger in general like to not lose your ability to push ups pull up dips stuff like that
I can't believe you gave us that program for free.! Thank you man 👏

We already have one ✅ search bodysthenics rehab
What skill should I train if I want to achieve a muscle up?
High pull ups, straight bar dips
So Planche and Frontlever training should be 70% of specific iso or specific dynamic + basics reps of 12-15 (so intensity moderate) at the end?
Something like that?
Warmup
3x 90% max hold progression
4x3 L-sit to progression
5x8 pike to leans
Then basics like
4x12 hspu or 4x12 dips or 4x12 pushups

Quick question.
When you do a planch and a front lever day, do you superset those skills or do planche first and then front lever etc…
On one training dat you can superset ✅ but preferably you must focus on training each skill on its own as often as you can 👊🙏
How to train skills Withouth my strenght work getting affected? Is it enough to train a skill 15min before strenght workout enough?
skills must always be trained first. Before strength.
@@Bodysthenics even thought I do upper/lower?
That's is to say example handstand pushups Then frontlever before strenght training?
@@Bodysthenics thanks
@@deedd1440 Never work a power move like muscle up or handstand push up, before a static element like planche or levers

Title says how to program calisthenics Skills
@@Bodysthenics I was joking
Am I the only one who thought this was Alex Leonidas, aka Alpha Destiny?
should I train skills even as a beginner or start building up my foundation (30 pull ups, 40 dips, 40 push ups) then start training for skills.
Your foundation is most important, 15 clean pullups, 30 clean pushups, 20 dips is solid enough of a foundation to work towards most skills
@@TB_Calisthenics i did and its pre good now. unlocked halflay planche, back lever, no fl yet, struggling with handstand balance.
I think this guy would be able to do the planche if he reduces his body fat
no legs lmao
Lol u here too 😅
