      High pull ups, straight bar dips

  • @lucas59190
    @lucas59190 2 года назад +1

    So Planche and Frontlever training should be 70% of specific iso or specific dynamic + basics reps of 12-15 (so intensity moderate) at the end?

    • @lucas59190
      @lucas59190 2 года назад

      Something like that?
      Warmup
      3x 90% max hold progression
      4x3 L-sit to progression
      5x8 pike to leans
      Then basics like
      4x12 hspu or 4x12 dips or 4x12 pushups
      And finish with 3xmax dragon flag

    Quick question.
    When you do a planch and a front lever day, do you superset those skills or do planche first and then front lever etc…

    • @Bodysthenics
      @Bodysthenics  2 года назад +2

      On one training dat you can superset ✅ but preferably you must focus on training each skill on its own as often as you can 👊🙏

    should I train skills even as a beginner or start building up my foundation (30 pull ups, 40 dips, 40 push ups) then start training for skills.

    • @TB_Calisthenics
      @TB_Calisthenics Год назад +1

      Your foundation is most important, 15 clean pullups, 30 clean pushups, 20 dips is solid enough of a foundation to work towards most skills
