A lot of animes you watch in usa tend to have a English dub, yes dub i know all the purist will cry about it but a lot of dubs are not bad, i prefer dubs over subs in my opinion but these songs are correct to the Japanese version.

On one piece, no its not that long. It's long but not that long. If you watched ONE EPISODE PER DAY it would take less than 3 years. 10 episodes a day just over 3 months, every hour of every day about 42 days.
