  • Customer asked to see the polish on their Breitling watch. They were very happy with the finish and bought the Jooltool for their service center. Anie demonstrates Live from JCK 2019. Please do not comment that I had to remove the case, I WAS AT A JEWELRY TRADE SHOW!

      It is hard to say, depending on the condition of the watch. On average I can spend 10 to 30 minutes on a watch depending on how many links I have to polish and how deep the scratches are. Thank you -Anie

    Could go up in polishing compound up to a green rouge, then use a diamond paste to get a true mirror polish.

    I have watched a few videos now and Im not sure if its the cameras or lighting or maybe your not wiping the items down, but every time you say perfect or flawless I still see scratches or swirl marks or overlap. Do you have before and after pictures somewhere?

    • @JooltoolUSA
      @JooltoolUSA  4 года назад +1

      C Crawford Honestly, the pieces need to be steamed or put in the Ultrasonic sometimes. The people that are watching me are real industry jewelers with years of experience. What they want to see is how to get the scratches out without using a buff with multiple compounds as that distorts the surface & details, the final buff is easy, it’s what you do BEFORE the buff that can make or break you. As you can see they are pleased with the results, and they know it needed just a steam, which is easy as all jewelers have them. It’s the least of their worries. I was at the JCK trade show in Las Vegas and didn’t have an entire jewelry facility at my fingertips! Thank you for watching -Anie I am the creator of the Jooltool.

    I guess everyone is watching with closed eyes. Shiny but very hazy under proper light and swirls like crazy. I’ll stick to my buffing wheels and patience.

    I have a Movado full link how long would a jeweler take to get the polish done and how much should it cost

    • @JooltoolUSA
      @JooltoolUSA  5 лет назад +1

      Since polishing watches is not our business, and some jewelers do not use the JoolTool, we cannot say.how long a particular jeweler will take or charge.

    • @JooltoolUSA
      @JooltoolUSA  5 лет назад

      this is dependent on what polishing system and the skill of the jeweler and the watch condition, hard to say. On the jooltool, not long.

    Do you think it is smart to polish your Breitling watch in a local Watch store.

    • @JooltoolUSA
      @JooltoolUSA  3 года назад

      If the store knew how to polish with a JOOLTOOL I woul 100% trust. I wouldn’t trust anyone with a flexshaft (dremel tools) or a big Buffing lathe to polish a watch. Those systems are very old technology.

      if you go to our website: www.jooltool.com you can search the jooltool kits for the watch kits. the price is on the specific kits and is kept up to date on the website. it is not long to polish but each watch has different problems and each polisher has different skills.

      Hello!, We do not polish watches at this time for service. only at some some shows we demonstrate how easy it is to do on the JoolTool.

    Any polishing is removing metal, no matter how fine, right down to the buff. So no, any polishing process will 'change' the surface no matter how small.

    If you are removing scratches it means you are removing a lot of material. There's no other way to do it.

    • @JooltoolUSA
      @JooltoolUSA  3 года назад

      Well 3M technology will tell you that it Burnishes. This means that it takes existing metal and blends it back into the piece. It is not “sand paper” grinding it off. Do you see any particles grinding off? 3M Technology in surface conditioning has come along way. You can read more about it on 3M‘s website. -Anie the Inventor of the Jooltool and the girl in the video ♥️

    • @JooltoolUSA

      What would you use sandpaper to remove the scratches? Old Technology my friend. 3M has invented superior ways for surface conditioning without removing metal. Did you notice there was no drag marks from the name when I finished? If you are real watch repair or a jeweler you would understand why I had a line of jewelers buying it. -God Bless Anie The girl in the video and who invented the Jooltool. ♥️
