    Pro tip: get organic frozen broccoli because it has the most nutrients! Fresh broccoli loses a lot of nutrients quickly!

    Can I keep the pouches in the fridge and for how long?

      I would assume whatever the normal recommendation is for the food you're making. Usually prepared fruits and veggies is 3-5 days I think.

    I loved the video! Thank you so much for sharing. My girls are almost 4 months old and we will be starting purées in a few weeks so this was super helpful!
    Did you also use Kiinde pouches when babies were around 5-6 months?

      Yes I did! I used the little spoon attachment.
