Thanks Darcy! I can say with 100% honesty that I believe they are superior in every way. I even hated using the plastic baggies to make the video. Once you start customizing nutrition quantities without stopping running, without spilling a bit, or whatever, it's just so awesome. :D It's basically all the upsides of powder without all of the anoyances.

Thanks Matthew! I'm pretty proud of it. The idea 5 years ago was basically, "Why isn't this just a thing I drop in that dissolves" and I was SURE someone would make it. Using it for these past few months, I'll never use powder again

I think these will really come in especially handy for me on longer rides as I tend to want things that are more plain and less effort to ingest after the 3 hour mark. It will make those gas station refill stops much less trying as well 😉
Order received! I think you'll really like them. Once you just throw a bunch of them in a pouch and go vs. thinking,. "Okay I'm gonna want 80gr on hour one, then 70gr hour two, then shift to caffeinated for hr 3," etc, it's just liberating. Enjoy the rides, I'll get them out to you soon!

🧢Thanks Peter! EU is not an option yet, but that's clearly the main request that everyone has! Top priority once I finish up the main launch. But really appreciate it! It's been basically every night for the past 8 months or so. Lots of work from idea to launch, but I'm proud of it. :)

It is not certified vegan, but yes, there are no animal products/animal derivatives.

Not yet. Intl food laws are quite complicated. Hopefully at some point in the future.
@@JustinDoesTriathlon, I wish you good luck and wanted to order some of the blocks in the UK, but I hope you can see why your answer may be concerning and interpreted that the product doesn't follow European food standards. I really hope it isn't what you're saying.
@@3WalkingPoles Great question. As we launch initially, our focus is purely on the US. As such, we haven't done any of the necessary planning to be able to distribute internationally. When it comes to food standards, though, all is clear. We're a US FDA and Washington State authorized/inspected food processor and licensed to sell inter-state/online. The manufacturing process has been submitted and approved by state inspectors and we're held to the same standards as any other US-based food producer.

looks pretty good! I was initially wondering how it's better than typical tablet solutions like N**N, as I'm looking to replace the tablets I'm currently using. Took me a while to look through your site on how it's better. I'm looking forward to trying your product!
Totally! So Nuun is perfectly fine for what it is (a hydration solution.) They provide electrolytes, but don't attempt to provide meaningful amounts of carbs/calories like endurance athletes need for energy. Nuun is basically a supplement, FuelRodz is all encompassing. 🙂

Well done on launching this, hope it works out for you. My initial feedback is they look kinda big but probably comparible to a gel or bar. Can you put 3/4 of these in a 750ml bottle?
You absolutely can! I routinely do 4 Rodz per bottle. You can fit probably 10+ Rodz in a bottle if you really wanted to. Typical concentration, most people are gonna use 2-4. And because you can just put more into your bottles so easily, you don't need to super concentrate. Triathletes can add them to BTA bottles without stopping, etc. But yes to answer your question, 3 fits super easily, even dropping in all 3 at once.
