Knife testing- Plain Jane Bowie, Bush Cleaver, Regent Long Knife

All of our knives go through this test before being sent out, which checks that the heat treat is good and that the geometry is strong enough. The material being cut into is Buffalo Horn, which is harder than the hardest of woods. Note that the entire edge is checked before moving on to the next blade.
