    Greg is a really great story teller. Listened to his assessment of the Erica Franolich case and was hooked.

    Awesome! I’ve been following Bri’s case for a long time, and really enjoyed hearing the insights of the PI handling the case and the Crawlspace team. This case has so many twists and turns, but after hearing this podcast I really feel it’s getting closer to being solved.

    This is ridiculous. This panel is sitting around complaining about our right to bear arms instead of talking about Brianna. They barely touch on the case around the 21:00 mark and it still really isn’t anything relevant for listeners. This is a private conversation being posted as if it would matter to anyone but these 4. This really is a waste of time.

    I agree with what Mr. Overacker said on everything but the Oswald comment. The marksman level sniper was an average shooter. At the time there were only 3 level rankings and marksman was the middle of the 3. What he didn't say and probably does not know is that Oswald hit marksman level on one test. The next test he attempted he scored a 190. If he scored 1 point lower, 189, he would have failed and would have not even had a ranking in the test. So did Oswald get lucky the first time or did he have a bad round the second time? That is an extremely important question. His Marine sargent testified to the Warren Commission that Oswald was a "rather poor shot" and was always scoring what the Marines called "Maggie's Drawers" in practice. It is when the shooter misses every target in a round. Also, the rifle that he was supposedly using had a scope that was not even sighted in. It was useless. The FBI had to bolt the scope tighter on the rifle to even test fire it for bullet sampling. When the FBI tested Oswald cheek for gun powder residue there was none so the test fired it to see if he should have had the gun powder on his face. They shot 10 bullets and the shooter had gunpowder on his face 10 out of 10 times. Carlos Hathcock, who is considered by most to be the greatest American sniper of the 20th century, set up an exact test of the Assassination. This man trained marine snipers for the military, was the sniper that shot a vietnamese sniper through his scope and killed him and had 93 confirmed kills in Vietnam and many more unconfirmed. He could not duplicate the shots that Oswald would have had to make to be an lone assassin.

      @watchdog,you are absolutely right .Read the book called Broken Silence by Ray Tex Brown who was a bounty hunter and sharp shooter in Texas in the 60s .He was approached by Jack Ruby to give Ruby shooting lessons .Ruby eventually brought Oswald .Ray had no idea what was about to happen In Dallas in a few weeks .In actuality Ruby was being forced by the mob to “ find” the best shooter around for nov 22,63.!but he couldn’t exactly say that when first approaching Ray .Oswald was being set up then as the patsy he ended up being ,he was suppose to die in a blaze of glory on nov 22,63 so he couldn’t tell what he knew ,thus Ruby was forced to kill him two days later .Eventually Ray told Ruby he was too busy for anymore lessons and that Oswald was hopeless anyway .Later Ruby offered Ray a million $to do an important job .He told Ray he’s got some important people who will pay him .He wasn’t told what it was or who it was but he figured it was murder .He told Ruby to tell them I’m the wrong man for the job .Ruby tells him I think they’d give more than 1 mil.Ray says Good God man ,even if they would ,you can’t spend it sitting on the electric chair .So when Oswald was arrested Ray was at a picnic w his gf and he heard it on the radio that Oswald was arrested ,he laughed knowing Oswald was a horrible shot .His gf not knowing anything said what ? He goes he can’t shoot ,but then he stopped talking about it not wanting to involve her .The point is Oswald was a terrible shot ,also that gun was hideous ,defective and there was a Texas live oak in the way by the window .and a very far shot and a bad angle .The kill shot came from the front ,grassy knoll .The real shooter in the book depository who was good and who was seen in the window was LBJs hatchet man Mac Wallace who had killed for him before ,Wallace’s finger print was found on a box in the snipers nest( per Barr MacClellans book called Blood,money,and power / a renowned fingerprint man Nathan Darby compared Wallace’s print to the box and it was a match ) Barrs book is amazing and first hand being a lawyer in LBJs lawyers office and was privy to all this ,had a falling out w them .I think he’s the only one left alive from that law office .you are correct ,if Oswald shot at all it missed .He may have shot officer JD Tippet up close later that day ,if that was really him ,but Oswald did not shoot Kennedy .

    Just found this video and the podcast. Wish I would've found this a long time ago. Love this. i've been binge watching and listening the past few days. I have been interested in this case since it happened. Grew up in the area, knew of the people and areas well, and have been following this all along. I knew of and had close people to me that were involved with "Joker". Hearing all the info about who possibly killed Brianna, the only thing that has never been actually talked about is the fact that the person or people ( the 2 drug dealers that had their house raided in Berkshire) and that possibly killed her is wrong. Joker is someone that I heard killed her. People I know personally that are close to me, that ran in that circle at that time had been threatened and actually beat up in the St.albans area (because of drugs) by this Joker guy and he made threats by intimidating people saying he is the guy that killed Brianna and dumped her in that pig farm. I was told about 15 years ago (by the person close to me that had just been attacked and beat up by this Joker guy and he was afraid at the moment thinking he was going to kill him) in a quick pass by conversation and it kind of went in one ear and out the other at the time and I sadly didn't pay attention at the time... now all these years later this is popping up and it makes me wonder about this info. Thanks.

      I doubt she would do an interview. Especially if she got to the point of hiring an attorney, she would be strongly advised against it. That’s not an indication of guilt, but if you are ever an innocent POI in a murder investigation never ever speak to the police without a lawyer present.

    Hello: I’ve been going back and re- listening and watching past Vlogs. I was wondering and thinking : is there anyway you guys could Re- enact the scenario/ scenes of how you think happened to Brianna Maitlands: last minutes in the car: like: all the scenarios you all talked about: with the car backed up into the old barn. Like a re enactment: of what you believed happened? It’s cool to get a visual of situations. If possible . That’s probably to hard to do huh?

      She met up with someone at the barn after work for drugs and she was abducted at gun point. They took her somewhere else, shot her and disposed the body in a secluded area. They put out a new $40k reward for the discovery of her remains, hopefully they find her. The location and condition of the remains will answer a lot of questions when found

    I'm curious about the head lights on the car being on and witnessed by someone driving by. I wonder how long they were on for? Could that mean someone came back to the car and left them on perhaps to search the car or the area that night? At the very least it could suggest that whoever she left with took her in such a hurry, they didn't bother to turn her car off indicating an abduction and fast getaway . It's also interesting that another witness saw a turn signal blinking later that night and the headlights off. This would indicate someone came back to shut the lights off and took the keys with them.

      You could start the car without a key. The boyfriend also changed his story. He wasn’t in Canada, he was smoking crack and drove by around 2 am not 4. He claims he stopped, closed the door and turned the lights off.

      In the newest one with the ex cop they apparently got a huge lead regarding someone who wasn’t even on the radar until very recently. That makes me believe they either need a confession or the DNA found to be sequenced by Othram before they can move forward with an indictment.

      They’re kinda at a dead end until they obtain new evidence or testimony. The other problem is so many of these kids got wrapped up in hard drugs, I bet 1/4-1/2 are dead from OD’s or other drug related crimes.

    He may be a great PI, but it's hard for me to trust anyone who will willingly do a interview and make claims about the JFK assassination, Marilyn Monroe's death, 911, Kurt Cobains death ect. Without doing any fucking research at all. And he had the audacity to claim that most of the population hasn't the ability to think critically! He may be a great private investigator. Who knows? I don't. But his comments about conspiracies make him look like a fucking clown in my eyes. I realize it would have rally taken the show off topic, but someone should have called him on that shit. That's assuming 1 of the 3 of you are knowledgeable about any of stated cases.

    • @Matt-px4dc
      @Matt-px4dc 6 лет назад +2

      Let's start with this... It's true! The general population does not have the ability to think critically. They are constantly berated with theory, lies, propaganda and the opinionated news of the day. Try and keep up Sean. This is where critical thinking skills come in to play. Most people will believe non-factual material that's crammed down their throat everyday more so than actual facts. This is true in many ins-tenses. You're obviously an educated individual, I certainly shouldn't have to give you any examples. If you'd like some, let me know. Now, let's move on to Greg. I've known Greg for the majority of my life. I'm well aware of his skills as an Investigator and as a Bail Enforcement Agent. As a matter of fact, I've personally been involved with this case for almost as many years as he. The reason for that? I'm a critical thinker Sean. We both know how to weed through the BS. Greg is a highly intelligent person. Cares about his fellow man. Takes his job very seriously, especially when it comes to the disappearance of young girl. You see, we are both parents. Can you imagine the thought of your child being abducted? The potential of never seeing them again? I can't ! This makes Bruce and Kellie Maitland the true heroes in all of this. They're unwavering devotion to finding the truth is something to aspire to. This is also who Greg is. He is completely dedicated to getting to the truth in this matter. And he has the knowledge and experience do to so. Decades of it! Do not let his opinion on certain issues cloud your judgment on who and what he is. He merely throws that stuff out there to make people think... Critically !

    • @astaweb
      @astaweb 6 лет назад +3

      Greg is correct. Most Americans can neither think critically nor distinguish fact from "alternate facts (which are lies. period.)" and opinions. Their concept of doing research is using the web to find results that are neither primary sources nor peer-reviewed. They don't understand science, math, economics, or logic. It's maddening, and I could continue, but suffice it to say that we live in a society in which people know more about popular culture than they do about the state of the world or even issues that affect their lives.Worse, their ignorance and poor decisions affect others. As a scientific knowledge worker, I see the things that can be accomplished when the brain is used to its full potential. I have a miracle wall that is filled with advances my authors worldwide have made in medical and scientific research. I've known Greg for nearly 50 years and I fully expect to add him to my miracle wall when he finds Bri.

      No one as a lay person has more books on JFK and Jackie than me .Im a big Kennedy officiando ,Including Barr McClellan s book .He was a lawyer at Clark ,Thomas and Winters in Austin ,LBJs lawyers in the 60s. I also read a book by Ray Tex Brown who was a sharp shooter and bounty hunter .His book is called Broken Silence or something like that .He was approached by Jack Ruby to get shooting lessons in the fall of 63 ,and eventually brought along Lee Harvey Oswald.What was really going on was Ruby was being pushed by Carlos Marcello of the mob to find the best shooter around ,planning for nov 63 in Dallas ,so they really wanted Ray Tex to do the actual shooting but they couldn’t just walk up to him and say that .According to him Oswald was a horrible shooter ,hopeless and Ray Tex finally told Ruby there was no hope for Oswald and he finally ended the sessions .Of course Ray Tex had no idea what was about to happen in 6 weeks .When it finally did and Oswald was immediately arrested and then two days later he saw Ruby shoot Oswald on tv ,Ray panicked thinking he’d be implicated just by association.Obviously had nothing to do w Bri .But I cringed when I heard on one of these podcasts that Oswald was a great sharp shooter .
