- Short version: I went to the new I-Force at Washington Park to spite Burns, but it kind of backfired.
Long version: Burns and I were originally planning to return to Prairie View School in LaPorte, as it's been exactly 6 years since we've heard that 2001. I scheduled myself to work until about 10:30 on Saturday so I could still make the test. But around 10:00, I got a message from Burns saying he wasn't "feeling it" and that he was on his way to Burlington. I wasn't too happy with that, so I decided to spite him by going to the new I-Force at Washington Park Beach. For those who are not on Facebook, it was installed back in August on a very short pole right near the lake. At the same time, the existing E-Class was moved about 800 feet to the west. However, when I got there on Saturday, the I-Force head was gone but the controls were still there. Ended up doing a half-assed shot between the E-Class and 2001-DC. Just uploading attack, I don't like the way Alert turned out.
Wow this is cool! Which one was louder to you Noie? I think the E-Class was louder
The E-Class was definitely louder at my vantage point, although the 2001 is nearly twice as far away.
Yeah I can tell by the video noise that the E-Class can be heard most of the video LOL
Never thought Eclasses were that loud since they seem so cheaply built but damn that thing held its own pretty well!
The speakers actually perform pretty good. The ATI HPSS16 I recorded back in January was pretty much on par with a 2904. Both are 1600 watts.
Sucks the IForce is gone, that would be a sick video, as if this already weren't.
It's gone? Wow that sucks well there was a 2001-DC near by that pretty much covered the place
Two more Michigan-Based Enthusiasts here!
So, the iForce died already? That sucks. At least it’s not like there’s no siren.
Yay! They're both fixed Lol and yet again another awesome video 👍🏻
Is this the 2001 that had the rotator problem long ago???
Yep! It finally got fixed about 2 years ago.
Goddammit Noie
That is a pretty good shot, I'd say!
Go find a 2001 SRN in south bend
mechanical sirens are better then speaker sirens
Hawksyear2012 from a maintenance stand point, electric/speaker sirens are cost effective over mechanical sirens
Mechanical sirens sound better tho
