This Penthouse has captivated me! Location is fabulous. Love the double kitchen. And the scenery is breathtaking! Does this Penthouse offer day to day maintenance services and cleaning. It’s a lot of space and anyone owning this beauty I would think would want to maintain it as such.😉👌🙌😁😍🥂
Yes the development has highly trained professional for all building services. To your point, anyone living in a place like this will definitely have a few staff at least to take good care of the apartment itself. ;)

I wish we could see the storage space and parking space. Where is the parking space located? What kinda stuff can you fit in the storage space. Is the Lower ground full of storage units?
Are the curtains automatic? Do the bathrooms have steam showers?
How tight is the security there? No one can come in unless invited, right? So they wouldn't be able to show up and get past reception straight to the apartment?
Does it have a private rooftop garden exclusively for the penthouse? If not, can one be built? It should have one for £17 million to be honest! Lol

I wouldn’t pay 💰 £17 million for the dark wood flooring. I’d like to choose my own type of flooring. Balcony would be a plus. I’ve found also they seem to use a lot of luxury fillers. It’s beautiful, but I prefer minimalist styles. London is expensive though.

This property is beautiful but way way overpriced by a few millions. The London eye view is certainly not worth 5 million pounds. There's a 5500sqft penthouse in trafalgar Square for 16 million. 4 bedroom. Developers are just putting any price on properties knowing one foreigner would most likely pay for it. But beautiful interior design nonetheless
