Oh my gosh, thaaaaank you. I have a 2016 Tahoe LTZ & have never so much as put a dent in it. Today when I was backing down my driveway into my garage, I completely -o-bliiiit-erated my passenger mirror 🤦🏼♀️ Because of you, I’m going to be able to bring my husband a solution instead of a problem. THANK YOU
Holy Smokes! I cant believe this is a thing. I've been looking at this one companies aftermarket tow mirrors, and they look awesome and high quality. But they are Tow Mirrors and are HUGE. I just want bigger regular mirrors. The factory mirrors on our trucks are worthlessly small.
Word to the wise check the mirror before you put back on the door panel. Yea it's neat what you can swap around when you make alot of a certain platform.
We tow a 28' travel trailer with our 2016 Suburban LTZ. I bought the truck and trailer brand new and from day one, I've hated the mirrors. My Suburban has loaded mirrors: heated, power fold, turn signal and puddle light. If I could get power folding, heated, and power extension tow mirrors, I'd be happy as ****! 😀
Thanks for the post. My suburban has loaded mirrors with all the options like heated, folding, blindspot light, puddle light, and the Escalade mirror has all the same features and works great on the suburban. They are not towing mirrors but way way better than stock. Everything works.
You can always pull the door panel up which is easy to do then remove the 6 door clips along with the window rubber and reinstall them if you can’t pull toward you
I just bought a passenger door side mirror on www.1aauto.com Just search for your Year/ Make/ Model and it’ll list them. I bought for 2015 Chevy Tahoe LT. 👍🏼
Does the escalade mirror have a blind spot LIGHT indicator in the upper outside of the mirror that works? I have a Chevy tahoe premier 2019 and love that blind spot light.
I dont think it matters if you install them folded in or straight. Test it by unplugging it and plugging it in when open/ closed. Mine fold fine. Maybe the ones you bought have an issue???
@@harveycamper5847 I put some WD-40 on them and they're fine. Now. Only issues I have now is when I cut the vehicle off the left mirror is trying to move itself and it keeps making a tapping sound and then it stops
@@harveycamper5847 is seem to have fix it. U just turned off the easy exit options. But dumb move in my part I ordered one with blind spot and the other without it. So we will see how that goes before I decide to geet another mirror
I don't know for sure. You could pull off the door panel and look at the wiring connection plug. I would bet that it is the same connection plug with less wires going to the plug. If it's the same plug, it should work.

Awesome video! Please post model number or link to your mirrors. I would love to buy some but can’t seem to find where to buy them. Thanks again!!
Ebay usually has them. Salvage yards have them. I found them on Amazon but they often sell out.
@@harveycamper5847 what year Escalade did you use ... It seams that 2015 and up use the small mirror ...
Where can I buy the mirrors? Great video other than Amazon does not sell them and I can't find them on any google searches?
Keep searching. Maybe a junk yard, ebay, amazon, etc.

Yes. I am the guy in the video and the mirrors I got have the blind spot light that blinks when a car is in the blind spot.
Couldn't I do the same the thing with Silverado mirrors?
hi can you please share with me from where can I get after market big towing mirrors
Dose this work for a Chevy suburban 2019 ? And how exactly do I get these mirrors I want those?
Are you supposed to install them with them folded in? Because both of mine struggle to power fold in, my other ones didn't.

عمل جيد و فكره ممتازه
I'd like to do this to my 2015 tahoe
What year of Escalade mirror did you use ...
I'm not sure. The listing for the mirrors for sale was multi years. Something like 2015-2020 I think.
@@harveycamper5847 thank you
Can I do the same on my 2015 gmc yukon .
Yes

Do you want your old mirrors because if you don’t I would like to buy them from you
The passenger one is good but the drivers one is destroyed.
What website did you buy them from
Why didn't he say where to get them at, right?
Amazon
@@harveycamper5847 Nope
@@brianallen0826 Yep, most important part is not in the video.
I got them on Amazon but they currently are out of them. Id try junk yards and e-bay or even the dealership.
Those aftermarket mirrors.... did you get any vibration in them while driving? I've had bad experiences with aftermarket side mirrors.
No. They are not aftermarket. They are original equipment Escalade mirrors.
That eye ball is so sorr man
