Great review Yaahn, and always how you present your content! Question.. I fell in love with the Move, and I have a Push 3 getting delivered this week with Abelton Live Intro.. when I upgrade to Suite, will Push 3 recognize it, and will it be a smooth transition?? Much love and respect my Brother!🙏🏾✊🏾💚
@@YhuntermusicMaaaan I love the Move, had it since it came out, and surprisingly haven't touched my MPC since 🤷🏾♂️ and researched a bunch of Push 3 videos especially yours, and I'm getting the Push 3 Standalone this week!
With Live 12.1, Ableton is adding the Auto Shift (their new auto tune device) to all editions of Live, so this includes Live 12 Intro, so if you’d get Push 3 Standalone (which comes with Live 12 Intro included) you basically get an auto tuner built into it!
Wow interesting!!! Really depends on your recording style and preference! The Key 61 is closer to the Phantom workflow. The Push 3 is a wild card… If you record in session view using Ableton, you’ll feel right at home! If you’re new to Ableton the 🥴 there’s a learning curve lol. Hope that helps!
That key punch-in sounded more drunk than J Dilla, lol. I can appreciate it though. And I agree that as a standalone beat maker Push 3 is pretty much a Gen 1 version. Meaning atm it can't hold its own yet against the likes of MPC who have been in this standalone beat making business for decades. The potential is definitely there though.
Push 3 in Controller mode for a church service is more than efficient as a Push 2. hmm? What kind of church you go to where service is more than 2 hours haha? Just saying.
I sincerely cannot justify spending 2K to run stems on the Push 3 when the Push 2 still exists at a lower price… Maybe 999.00 for the Push 3 controller version. Lol there are plenty of churches that run over 2hrs ask anybody in COGIC or any Pentecostal Church 😂
Just that capture MIDI function alone is enough to make me want one. I had no idea 🤯
That's clutch for sure!
Doesn’t the launchpad pro already do this?
@@Romenet310 I have no idea. I'm not in the ableton world at all.
@@Romenet310 Yes the Launchpad has a capture MIDI button!
Masterclass please and thank you!

Always a pleasure bro!

Thnx Y ~~So I will grab a 2 is all i need
@@antgeeze7129 the two works real well
Do Plug-ins like Pianoverse, Kontakt 7, MK Sensation Extreme etc. Show up in the Push 3 without being connected to your computer?
Masterclass
It does not.. Only stock instruments and plugins (Devices)
I’m a motif Fantom workstation guy. I’m trying to catch up with the times .I have a mpckey61 not feeling it yet. Is the push 3 worth the investment

@@Yhuntermusicthanks bro !!! Greatly appreciate the response
Almost like they modeled this after the MK3 the screen at the top for mixing favors it a bit
The MK3 was modeled after the 1st gen Push if I'm not mistaken! I could be wrong.. I know the 1st gen push dropped like over 10years ago
Master class Fam, master class
That was 🔥. Thanks Bro 🙏🏾
My pleasure!!

You’re such an inspiration bro!! 🙏 🙌
I appreciate that! Means a lot!
How did you connect the MPC to the Push?
Via 1/4 cable. MPC Main out L/R to Push 3 Input 1/2
Thank you
My pleasure!
Another Yaahn University experience to add to the crash course, King. Thank you so much for these review videos, Fam! 👑🙌🏿🎶🎵🎓🎓🎓

@@Yhuntermusic Just have the congregation take up a love offering. Lol
With multiple services and pre service checks, I’m at church from 7:20am-1pm. Time flies by mostly.
waited for a new Maschine mk4 ???/
First off the pedals input are for sustain pedals not guitar pedals

I love Ableton but don’t like the Session mode.
Its different for sure!
I don't like it and its a massive learning curve, plus the pads when i tried arnt sensitive for my liking.
