Played a gig once at a country wedding in Somerset England. A kid around 10 years old was mesmerised by the kit and the whole band thing. He sat on a bale of hay throughout three sets and i rewarded him with a blast around the kit at the close and gave him a new set of sticks. He was ecstatic. His old man asked me what i thought. Tbh, this sound is so smooth, I've let it play on loop while reading and replying to comments without turning off the sound, so it's legit really pleasant.

This gesture is quite common in Nigeria.

On a cymbal?
lol serbian weddings too, thats cool Nigeria does that too
The video was about someone putting money on a *cymbal* (obviously gonna fly off when the drummer hits it) and not about the gesture
