MacroMorgen I find this VERY hard to believe. With most Glidecam use like it appears he is doing here, f2.8 would give way too shallow of a depth of field. His shots would hardly ever be in focus.

My cousin has spina bifida, she is not confined to a wheel chair but has to use crutches. She has gotten a lot better at using them and walking and general :)
