@@bmwmotorrad Yes It’s definitely the M package colour I’ve gone for. It’s only a shame that you have to have the M package to get that colour, which costs a lot more! Next Spring can’t come soon enough ☀️😁
Hello Rick, nice choice. It'll definitely give the S 1000 R some extra fierceness. Spring might be a few months away from now but on the positive side, you can then start riding right away and have the year ahead of you. 😉🔥
@@bmwmotorrad Very true. As soon as the 2021 was released, I went straight down to our local dealer and put down a deposit. I test rode the current model and I was pleasantly surprised, but the styling put me off a little. The new model is spot on 😁😁
This bike has got the right recipe 😍👍 : 1. Not too much stupid power for a road going bike. 2. Engine tuned for torque at low revs. 3. Lightweight chassis and optional carbon fiber wheels for even better behaviour in corners. 4. Badass yet neutral looks. 5. = Excellent 👍👍 6. Only noobs complain about the horsepower figure. Lame boys 🤦♂️🙄🤢
We´re sure that you can also have a relaxed ride with our S 1000 R. 😉 Check out our homepage for more awesome bikes that are perfect for cruising. For example, have a look at our heritage segment.
A road going bike doesn't need 200 hp, you noob 🤦♂️🤦♂️ A road bike needs big torque at low revs and an agile chassis 😍 Understood the lesson you and all the other noobs ? 🙄 165hp is enough to get you in jail or in coffin 🙄
The torque on these is incredible! I went from an S1000RR to an S1000R & had absolutely no regrets! Through the the hills here in Australia it was a far better proposition than the RR. On the track at Phillip Island I only lost out down the main straight. Give me torque any day.💪🏼😎
can u ride at above 200km/h at long period of time? if u want top speed go buy a sportsbike or a hayabusa, people like you seems to forget what a naked bike is all about
Instead of posting videos of motorcycles you can't sell, maybe BMW motorrad should show some level of competency and address the caliber recall thats not only putting dealerships in financial ruin, but driving customers to other makes permanently. BMW is the new Chrysler of the 80's on how they treat theyre customers
First if you never had one, should not talk about it. Second BMW is a pioneer in a lot of technology due to that fact you will have recalls now if you are like other brands that you probably like, waiting 5 to 8 years after BMW come up with something ie TFT, cruise control and warm grips on a superbike yes your brand might have less recalls because BMW already worked all the problems and your brand just copy their idea. I ride BMW for the last 9 years hard and over 80000 miles and never ever being stranded on the side of the road because a break down. BMW will give you standard 3 year warranty standing behind their product. Do your brand do the same? I dont think so! Recalls not necessarily mean poor quality.
@@grandtaino Are you aware of the recall thats halting the sale of 3/4 of all bmw sales? Its not innovation, its penny wise and dollar foolish. They installed Hayes calipers instead of Brembos on a large majority new bikes. They are now leaking. So now, bmw has put a hold on sales of most bikes as they scramble to secure brembo replacements. That means guys like myself who just paid 32k on a new bike are waiting to actually take delivery... all the while making payments on bike and insurance. My motorrad dealer, a great one, has received no information from bmw as to when they will get parts.
@@jackkrantz8605 aware and I'm not worried because my hayes calipers are not leaking and I know BMW will fix the problem. I UNDERSTAND your situation is different but you cant judge a brand for a deffect specially a 3rd party part. They definitely still responsible but they will not leave you hanging without a valid reason. What bike you order? MS1000RR? I have my 18000 mile service next week and yes I will have to wait until they get those new calipers to replace mine also. I heard they might use the same ones from the MS1000RR but not sure if that is true.
