Looks like the 90s. Reminds me of my aunt's beauty salon, same chairs and aesthetic. Only thing missing is black shiny capes and women smoking casually as a hairdresser cuts or curls away . I have even had my haircut there before while the hairdresser herself smoked. Something very sexy about women caped up with a head full of foils and a white cigarette in her slim fingers.

well the stylist hair style very nice too.
I've seen this many times. Her perm was ok was not the best perm she had but stylist give her a refreshment of a new haircut.
