Its a pastorally sensitive message.
But I feel that the question should be whether one has the courage to say no every day; sanctification is a life sentence for a Christian after all. Also, I would suggest that a reason why we Christians hesitate to say no is because the pleasure may come fast when we say yes to temptation whereas if we say no (especially in a state of reluctance) the blessing from God may often take a very long time to come and we are left to suck it up during the waiting process or perhaps there may not be any blessing at all.

My mother died of lung cancer. Consider volunteering in a lung cancer clinic to help patients. They always need volunteers. When you see their extreme suffering you might be better able to quit. Also try to eat as many leafy greens vegetables as possible such as watercress, kale, spinach, Asian greens like bok choy, ong choi, choi sum, broccoli, bean sprouts, and canned tomato products. I will be praying for you. 🤗🙏

I am a truly born again 64 yr. old lady who listens to Dr. Stanley on almost a nightly basis. He also helps me go to sleep! I wonder how many times I have dreamed about positive things after hearing his sermons!
I have been offered another position at the company to make more money. It is just another normal position and there's absolutely nothing evil about it, but for some reason I feel like I shouldn't accept this position. If you read this please pray that God will guide me through it.

@@blessedhope8086 Hey thanks for that, but you don't need to. Turns out that was an evil offering. I work in an expensive (somewhat big) hotel, A while later the leader of that area was caught stealing from the company and other of people there (who were not, but were under her authority) were fired along. That work position(agency tour) attracts a lot of envy and jealousy and A LOT of people who went there have been fired due to the heat it generates. A while later I was offered a whole different position of a new section they were creating (inventory control) and I work all by myself, no one to bother me, I'm work in my own pace and able to help people. God always has the best for his people, we just have to wait and obey. I must be honest though that with the virus the hotel is temporarily shut down and I don't know if when we get back to work I'll be in the same position because *maybe* inventory control won't be required at the re-opening. Thanks for your beautiful desire to pray for me. God bless you with double!!

🌺 The 3 C's⚓
* Christ (put on Christ, Romans 13:14)
* Cast down imaginations & every thought Captive (1 Cor. 10:4-6)
* Consequences (sin leads to death, 1 Timothy 5:6 & James 1:13-15)
As Christians, we must be in the Word, & out of the world (world = enemy)
