The Late Dr. Stanley continues to bless my heart through his recorded sermons and his 'Life Principles Bible', which my wife received as a gift for attending one of Dr. Stanley's ministry team that visited my country about a decade ago. I am growing steadily in my faith through this ministry.

amen! i had a series of panic attacks for months in 2022 and i discovered Dr. Charles Stanley sermons and he absolutely breaks things down like no other. Most importantly he encourages us to read the bible for ourselves so it’s not to depend on him or his sermons but to push us to Jesus. I am delivered from panic attacks and even though i can get triggered, i put on his sermons and during the evening and call out to jesus and i am comforted!
I also deal with anxiety for many years I have been on medication for 17 years dealing with that issue I have listened to Dr Charles Stanley now over and over looping it he is a anointed pastor that God has put in our lives my parents when I was younger but really not with me my sister had let me know and I'll go to my parents are not with me me and my sister do listen to Dr Charles Stanley and he's really been getting to make a difference in my life I understand a lot of what he's saying he reveals a lot of information to me and the word is alive and active pure and Holy. I had a problem with not feeling rejected I realized to Dr Charles Stanley that Jesus my Lord also had that feeling that he has had ever feeling that I have dealt with and he knew rejection from his own family and Kin the Lord started cleaning my heart wow I really didn't know what was inside soon he started showing me to give him the brick wall one at a time he laid them at my feet providing a path a clear direction to walk. Jesus is concerned with ever aspect of our life he has unconditional love.

When our preacher used to raise his voice preaching it was because of his inspiration from the Holy Spirit. The message he received from God was being delivered and he was excited because the truth sets sinners free. Freedom from sin and death NOT FREEDOM TO SIN!

As a true crime girlie myself, i can confirm switching to sermons during my bedtime (esp Dr. Stanley) has shown me what I watch is imperative in my walk. I watch True crime in moderation these days especially because the anxiety and fear I battle with in this season of my life.

@Louis Brignet Respectfully, As a saved Christian that has backslid in the past, it is not "church bs" Jeremiah 3:22 - Return, ye backsliding children, and I will heal your backslidings. Behold, we come unto thee; for thou art the LORD our God. To backslide is not to say that Christ has left us or we lost salvation, of course not. Yes, as you said, we fall short every day, and he has forgiven us, of course. But backsliding is more than just falling short. It's pushing God away to live how you want to live. Pushing away his calling for you and choosing sin and ignoring the guilt you feel from it. I spent 2 years living in fornication, drugs, lying, etc. I knew God was there, but I pushed Him from my mind and ignored the guilt. My mental and emotional health was so low, and horrible things happened to me. I repented of all of it and came back to his calling for me. It was a journey but I am healed. Of course my sins are paid for, and I was still saved, but we are called to show Christ through our actions and serve Him as best we can. To backslide isn't to just sin and fall short, It's purposefully choosing to live in sin. Please don't speak on other people's experiences claiming its "BS." That's between them and God. I went to a Pentecostal church, whilst some of the teaching was good, It always me feel I was never good enough, strive for perfection. I eventually sort Police help from my violent husband (Christian) and I was blamed it was my fault, I didn't forgive him and I didn't have enough faith. Long story short, it took years of counselling to heal me from the brainwashing of twisted scriptures used to keep me in this horrible marriage. I would pray Dear Lord please make this be my last breath, I can't live like this anymore. Lord please take me home. I went away from Church, from God and lived life I shouldn't because I was a Wounded Christian and Church was never a safe place for me. Now after many years I am making up lost time, by re-educating myself and getting back on track, Praise the Lord, the Holy Spirit and with Dr Stanley's wise sermons. So many Christians have caused so many wounded Christian's. We need to encourage one another, not convict and condemn.

I think too that people have one foot in the world and one out their faith can't grow because they are taking their eyes off Jesus. Jesus needs to be our compass letting the word and the Holy Spirit lead us. Everything we do should be according to God will. So we need to pray about it and keep our eyes on Him.

Ohhh I as well fall asleep while listening to Dr Stanley. Yes his messages are so sincere and soothing. At times I will wake up just at the right moment to hear him say something that means a lot to what I’m going through and I know God woke me up at that specific time and so even though Pastor Stanley is gone, his words ring, true and and are much needed in today’s world I thank Intouch for continuing to keep his messages on going

@KATHERINE MWATU Dear Katherine. I know that you have not been here for three years, but I want to say to you that your prayers ARE being heard by the Lord Christ Jesus. I have felt the same way but I just let HIm do His work and His promise. I pray every other day and I know that He hears me. The evil one is a LIAR and he uses every evil distraction that he can find to cause you to waver. Just put on the Armor of God found in Ephesians 6: 11-19. If you put on that Armour, the evil one cannot touch you. Put on the armour aloud and say the say the words and put on each piece in the spirit and Lord Christ Jesus will watch your back. Put on the armour before you pray and see what happens. Be Blessed dear Child of Father God because that is who you are first and foremost. I hope that you come back to read this so that you will be blessed By the Lord Christ Jesus and Father God and the Holy Spirit because you will. Jeremiah 3:22 - Return, ye backsliding children, and I will heal your backslidings. Behold, we come unto thee; for thou art the LORD our God.
To backslide is not to say that Christ has left us or we lost salvation, of course not. Yes, as you said, we fall short every day, and he has forgiven us, of course. But backsliding is more than just falling short. It's pushing God away to live how you want to live. Pushing away his calling for you and choosing sin and ignoring the guilt you feel from it. I spent 2 years living in fornication, drugs, lying, etc. I knew God was there, but I pushed Him from my mind and ignored the guilt. My mental and emotional health was so low, and horrible things happened to me. I repented of all of it and came back to his calling for me. It was a journey but I am healed. Of course my sins are paid for, and I was still saved, but we are called to show Christ through our actions and serve Him as best we can. To backslide isn't to just sin and fall short, It's purposefully choosing to live in sin. Please don't speak on other people's experiences claiming its "BS." That's between them and God. It speaks a lot that you completely ignored my explanation and a direct verse from the Bible talking about backsliding and still call it "bs" which is foul speech that is not edifying btw. I went to a Pentecostal church, whilst some of the teaching was good, It always me feel I was never good enough, strive for perfection. I eventually sort Police help from my violent husband (Christian) and I was blamed it was my fault, I didn't forgive him and I didn't have enough faith. Long story short, it took years of counselling to heal me from the brainwashing of twisted scriptures used to keep me in this horrible marriage. I would pray Dear Lord please make this be my last breath, I can't live like this anymore. Lord please take me home. I went away from Church, from God and lived life I shouldn't because I was a Wounded Christian and Church was never a safe place for me. Now after many years I am making up lost time, by re-educating myself and getting back on track, Praise the Lord, the Holy Spirit and with Dr Stanley's wise sermons. So many Christians have caused so many wounded Christian's. We need to encourage one another, not convict and condemn.
Sow righteous for yourselves, reap the fruit of unfailing love, and break up your unplowed ground; for it is time to seek the Lord, until he comes

Ohhh I as well fall asleep while listening to Dr Stanley. Yes his messages are so sincere and soothing. At times I will wake up just at the right moment to hear him say something that means a lot to what I’m going through and I know God woke me up at that specific time and so even though Pastor Stanley is gone, his words ring, true and and are much needed in today’s world

@KATHERINE MWATU Dear Katherine. I know that you have not been here for three years, but I want to say to you that your prayers ARE being heard by the Lord Christ Jesus. I have felt the same way but I just let HIm do His work and His promise. I pray every other day and I know that He hears me. The evil one is a LIAR and he uses every evil distraction that he can find to cause you to waver. Just put on the Armor of God found in Ephesians 6: 11-19. If you put on that Armour, the evil one cannot touch you. Put on the armour aloud and say the say the words and put on each piece in the spirit and Lord Christ Jesus will watch your back. Put on the armour before you pray and see what happens. Be Blessed dear Child of Father God because that is who you are first and foremost. I hope that you come back to read this so that you will be blessed By the Lord Christ Jesus and Father God and the Holy Spirit because you will. You are already blessed because you have been saved and that goes to everyone else who happens to read this. Again, you are already heard because you are saved and the Holy Spirit is sealed in you so He hears your prayers. Dear child of God stay Blessed and stay unmoved by the Holy God who is greater than the evil one any way. Amen to Christ Jesus and Worship the Father in HIs Kingdom before you pray.

The comment I desied to make was this: in one of your videos--not the one at the end of which I'm making this comment--you make the statement that one could pray in the Name of the Father, the Son, or the Holy Spirit, however, my reading of the Word says that "Jesus" said, "And in that day [the day, of course, when He would go to be with the Father (correct ?)] ye shall ask ["] [M]e "nothing," Verily, verily, I say unto you. Whatever ye shall ask the Father in [M]y [N]ame, [H]e will give it you." And also that, "At that day [sic] ye shall ask ["]in [M]y [N]ame, and I say 'not' unto you, that I will pray the Father for you; For the Father [H]itself liveth you, because ye have loved [M]e, and believed that I came out from ...
