The basic drills are enabling me to feel swing axis points and muscles to make refinements even in my mid-seventies. Your making golf fun and rewarding to practice. Hi Michele I’ve always had a lack of understanding in regards to hip turn. I either slightly swayed or reversed pivoted. Your hip turn drill has completely transformed my swing. I imagine the drill on my backswing and easily find the correct turn. All I can say is thank you so much. Kind regards again John.

Fantastic. Can I make a suggestion for next video- instead of usual golf technics maybe you could do a training video for 20-30 minutes that we could follow along at home. Start with warm up exercises Drills with club maybe short swings, progressing to full swings. Exercises on rotation Back to swing drills Strength drills. Warm down. Or anything to make it more fun and also to exercise at home when we are not out golfing or at the range
So Glad you did this as it has pointed out yet another problem with my game at the moment. Unfortunately I have 3 protruding Discs in my Neck. It helps massively if I massage my Neck in the shower every morning, otherwise I would not be able to turn my head either side. I hope by exercising my neck regularly and especially before I play could help massively. It’s been frustrating coming back to Golf after a 17 year gap, and not being able to play any where near the standard I used to be at. My Putting has been excellent and pleased with my progression on my short game, so there is plenty of hope.
Howdy Michele, I was able to play Golf for the 1st time in 3 years this weekend. Remembering this video I did a abbreviated version before the round. I am happy to report that there are no injuries and shot close to my handicap. Thank you for these great instructional videos.
Elbow down drill should help my left shoulder flexibility. Do you think left shoulder flexibility will help with proper one plane backswing? I'm a high handicapper. Just recovering from heart surgery. Your videos are helping me get me back in the game. Thank you for that and all that you do for the game from USA.
Very good! I had neck fusion surgery and been struggling with neck pain and turning ever since. In other words, the surgery didn't help. Your explanation of what issues with neck turning and the exercises that may help it get loose is something I'm willing to try. As it is now, I do shorten my backswing because of the neck issues. Thanks Michele!
Michele, can you explain what you mean by open up the hip when you’re doing that stretch where you are trying to rotate and open up the app should I be turning or should I be pushing to one side then the other.
Michele good drills. This really compliments your excellent downswing video. I try to work on that video every day and this helps. You're getting me to watch and practice more purposely. Professionals like yourself really use the core muscles so effortlessly. In my next life, I will want your balance.
I love this video!! I am currently in rehab (caused from changing to a new swing) - been seeing an acupuncturist, chiropractor and now osteopath to solve my right hip issue (extreme pain) - I will definitely be doing these exercises (when I am allowed to) on a daily basis. Have to admit I did this along with you 🤦🏻♀️ … my osteopath won’t be happy. 😉🙃 … can’t wait to be golfing again. Your content is amazing Michelle. You are a great trainer. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I really enjoy your lessons. Regarding the downswing, is the whole body rotating around the spine axis together, while shallowing the club, or does the lower body start first. I always hear the lower body starts first? thank you, Jeff Joseph
