I've just started using alcohol inks and I love your videos. You are so good at explaining everything and I now have the confidence to give it a go. Didn't know where to start so thanks sooooo much. Your work is incredible.
Hello! Thank you so much! I think because I am learning as I’m filming it may help in my explanation. I am teaching a free alcohol ink class if you want to grab a free ticket the link is in the description!
Beautiful! Love all of the work you did on the alcohol ink piece of art, and then to mount it and add resin - just Wowzers! You're right, it does look like glass.
I know this is an older video but I found you and although it’s January I will be making these for my Christmas gifts next year! So excited. Thank you!!!
Your results are beautiful. My question: rather than drip excess off onto a paper towel could you drip it onto another Yupo paper to make use of that excess? 🌷🇨🇦
@Tiffany.Solorio thank you for your prompt response. I want to do a painting on dried resin coaster while still in the mold. I love working with alcohol inks but I don't want to ruin my coaster with a sealant. I love doing clouds with inks. Then once it's dried ill pour resin into it. At least that's my plan
Ok this was freaking awesome! It turned out so beautiful and reminds me of the piece that Tim Holtz showed us during his demo! Was the resin really easy to work with? I’ve always wanted to try this but I’m scared of resin too (other than using it in my moulds)!
Going back and catching some alcohol ink inspiration. Beautiful peace, and love love your little helper!

The art is beautiful but hands down my favorite part of the video was the precious voice closing it out! Good job!
I loved watching your process. I learned I need to keep working with the alcohol inks. I think I stop too early and call it done.
Absolutely gorgeous, great narrator at the end!!
First-time viewer. Liked the project and your commentary. Will watch other videos. Very Pretty.
Hi Carol. Thanks for watching! Glad you enjoyed.

Where did you get your torch and what kind of torch, thanks
Cindy B oh I’m sorry I forgot to link it. I got it on amazon. I can put the link tomorrow. It’s black and red.
Just have a question. Did you seal the alcohol ink before pouring resin? Or you just waited for all the ink to dry and poured resin?
Back then I did not seal my alcohol ink pieces. I do now though. I hope that helps.

Did your last pieces that you didn't seal become ruined?
No.. They are perfectly fine. @@mariashields6711
