It seems like all of us company driver going through this shit…. The first of the year I’m going to put my own truck back on the road…They have to many rules and regulations for this little bit of money they are paying us. Besafe bro
Man I suppose to start in two weeks with them on team lease purchase yes I’m 6’2 and they talking about putting me and my team mate in a Mack but if they paying like that or giving shitty loads I’m definitely thinking about going somewhere else I appreciate the review
@@datboifromdabottom How did she say the loads were? Was she able to make money? Or is it a waste of time. The inside cameras are the worst but if we aren’t making money, what’s the point?
@@Fr8hustler total waste of time. As a newbie to the company the dispatchers already have their favorites and it shows. Company drivers are constantly working while some lease purchase operators are sitting once or twice a week. I don't think she's made over $1k on a settlement since she's been there.
@@trevorproffitt6038 no choice 🤷🏾♂️ if the pay isn't right or the general situation, I'm not settling and I don't have to. Nobody has to and we all need to get together and stop accepting shitty pay and shitty rates from customers and brokers.
@@marcustoney72 on paper they seem good. I haven't been with them long enough to give you a definite answer. I don't want slow goings at the beginning sway my answer to that question.
@@marcustoney72 I've been here for about two weeks now and I have the freedom of the DAT board and dispatcher support, overhead fixed rates at about 1300 plus fuel. I'm just trying to get a hang of the fuel card with its discounts. Other than that it's really been smooth sailing.
@@datboifromdabottom is the pay adding up after you're expenses? I talked to them today and am thinking about pulling the trigger. They seem cool af on paper
@@marcustoney72 dealing with the spot market on the load board is tricky but I stayed in the black for the first week after the expenses where prorated adding a little extra to the equation. Like I said it's still too early for me to say definitely but I plan on utilizing the dispatcher this week to compare my profit and I'll let you know in a couple of weeks.
@@datboifromdabottom how I get in contact with you I can put you on where I’m at they solid. Bringing home 2-2500 wk consistent home weekly. Stubs to prove it
