Vince and I sat in the same class and I'm so proud watching him...well, I'm stuck in teaching!!
Your proverb was well proven in this conversation. You can't have 5 employed people discuss unemployment. They just don't get it.
I don't really agree with you.... the employed is just someone who was once unemployed amd have been able to use the pain he has to get what he now has
@@ayooluwaadegoke2256 Depends on how long One was Unemployed
I wonder the same
The panel was biased
It's the structure of Kenya's economy, it's an import driven retail economy and NOT a production economy. It's not the education system that is the problem. Kenyans are getting out to other countries, getting jobs in their areas of study, and excelling. In Kenya a majority are unemployed or under-employed (Doctors, lawyers, pharmacists, engineers, artists, artisan, teachers, etc etc)
You are a bit wrong...enigineers,nurses,doctors and teachers have to be re-certified out there which means our education is not up to par. Our education is terrible but you are right that we have other problems as well
Kenya is a creative economy. Myst create your job. RUclips mitumba and blogging. You must think outside box and create you own job. Also online writing job.
Facilitate the youth to engage in agriculture field. Big opportunity if well oriented and incentivised. That is the future.
Look for fertilizer which sustain life not destroy through diseases. Blessing
Vince - I think you are forgetting that education is a process - it gives us a chance to grow till we are old enough to reach the market place. We train from early childhood
If we don't fight corruption we r going nowhere , Arabs r turning desert in to paradise n here Kenyans we r running away from beutifull paradise Africa . Only through industrialization will help us create jobs
The problem is overpopulation..people should try family planning.
