Dude, Dave….Every Waves demo this dude does is like an example of what the best possible producer/artist dynamic looks like only in sessions only in my dreams. Aside from that, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a more convincing way to sell me a plug-in. Dude needs to put out more content of his own on how to work with vocalists and get the best out of them and when to use diff plugins creatively. I would straight binge out on a few hours of this kinda content, esp if there was a little more technical explanation of the tools, but it’s the PERFECT kind of demo-Ing. The ones where they used OVOX blew me away.

Waves has upped their game lately! This is gonna revolutionise production techniques. Imagine putting a melody or even a percussion sample in it and getting such crazy effects, on basically any sound sample. Exciting days ahead.
@@LennonStephens Try panning your harmonies right and left and lower the master to mix with your main vocal. If it doesn't sound right. Make sure all your vocals are in key. It's like a mixed drink. You can order a whiskey and coke in 10 different bars and even though it's the same ingredients Some of those drinks will be strong Some will be weak. Plugins are the ingredients. Put em together until you find the formula that works for you. You have good voice I checked out untitled verse 1. Finish that brah

Just did an experiment of recording vocal sounds in Abelton and running the track through a granular synthesis plugin. As you turn up the randomness knob, the constructed harmony voice becomes more "real".
I was wondering about this. Maybe it’s me, my listening source, in particular , but demos of this product has the vocals/harmonies sounding a little robotic .

Hey man, I got the same limited edition Green Day Dookie shirt! Goood stuff! So I'm on the beta team for Waves and I have to tell you this plugin has blown me away from the second I tried it. I don't use tools like this much, well I didn't until we started testing this. I can assure anyone on the fence this plugin is the real deal. Just the presets alone are worth the price. It's a fantastic plugin!

I’ve tried nectar and melodyne to make harmonies and they always sounded like crap. This plugin sounds so awesome and makes it so easy to make great sounding harmonies on the fly. And if you’re lucky enough to have a singer who can actually sing them all it gives them a great guide track
Got those eminem style vocals from not afraid with this plugin without even layering shit haha. This is a dope plugin and very creative way. Waves are really reinventing the wheel with they're latest stuff

Update the vocal generation process in the plug-in. It sounds so robotic. Producing completely natural sounding human vocal is not difficult at all today with some top notch AI tools available. I liked those controls this plug-in gives. Insane!
@@MervinRijo Ya even I don't use this exact plugin. Normally I use a Manipulator or Melodyne if I want to tweak it. I just meant these 'digital sounding' plugins do help me in finding better harmony lines.

waves is without doubt very creative when it comes to.. plugins.. i want to try this plugin to spice up my vocals. only one thing that i didnt like was the harmonies were a bit too loud..
You wouldn't put it on the main vocal track, it'd be on a separate track anyway, so that's not a problem. I find it's better to use it on some of your background vocals and blend it in to thicken and expand on the backups you recorded.

Look way more intuitive than the Harmony Engine from Antares. Looks great!

Big Up to Waves, however, we need more natural sounding audio tools. Everything sounds like robot these days.
Something Natural? Make the Vocalist to do it from scratch without a Plugin.
Personally, I like to use these plugins to figure out the harmony lines I like and then make the vocalist do them manually. Layer them to taste.

@@Kshitijj For that I use a Native tools in cubase that generates harmonics base on Chord or scales, then I ask the artist to follow those harmonies.
