- Felix the Cat is a children's comedy cartoon character created in 1919 by Pat Sullivan and Otto Messmer during the silent film era. An anthropomorphic black cat with white eyes, a black body, and a giant grin, he was one of the most recognized cartoon characters in film history. Felix was the first animated character to attain a level of popularity sufficient to draw movie audiences.
This is really obscure as no one else has created footage of this cartoon

Do you have the restored versions of “Felix at the Fair” (1922), “Romeeow” (1929), “Arrest Cures” aka “Eye Jinks” (1927)”, and “In and Out-Laws” (1928)?
LOL! the UK customs are still the same. They never quit being the cheap miserable bstrds. I sent a friend in the UK an inexpensive less than $50.00 gift and he got taxed by the UK customs.
Also, fantastic Felix the cat cartoon. I had never seen this one before.
