    Not easy to remember UNLESS one is made aware of these EIGHT points are a uniform progression around the unit circle, some anticlockwise, some clockwise, starting from the positive horizontal axis. Also, row 5 and column 5 correspond to one-half the sampling frequency, so everything in rows 6 through 8 and columns 6 through 8 are the complex conjugates of rows 2-4 and columns 2-4 , reflected about row 5 and column 5, respectively.

      just divide 1 by root 2 than again divide 1 by root 2 also multiply 'j' to second answer than add both
