So I'm thinking this might be from December of 75 since he mentions that Elton John can't visit til January. A lot of references to the time period, the NYC fiscal crisis for one and I think he deliberately reverses roles for NY Mayor Abe Beame and Governor Hugh Carey for comic effect. He also refers to when the Snoopy balloon "died" at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade of 75 when it hit a light pole right near the Dakota and deflated. And also a reference to the Dylan concert at MSG on Dec 8 1975.

It seemed clear to me that the commenter I was replying to took exception because the word infantile is generally used as an insult when applied to adults, but the poster of the video very clearly didn't mean it as an insult to the infantile Sean.
