Nice. I really wanted a 2 stage snow joe because of how affordable it was compared to Ego until I saw bad customer service reviews on Google. I just couldn't gamble my money. You didn't use the reverse function at all, it is not needed? The wheels are like in neutral all the time and it is easy to move back and forth? Can I ask you to do me one huge favor? Can you measure the full length of the unit from the front to the end of the handle? Is the max width 24" of at the tires as well? Thank you so much!
Yes, when you let off the lever it is in neutral and is pretty easy to move. They are much lighter than a gas one. I will measure it and get back to you

I heard this blower sucks.
I have yet to have an issue with it. Customer service is not good, but luckily I have needed them for anything other than the missing battery.
