Affordable Southern California Beach Hotel! The Redondo Beach Hotel Tour

My wife and I stayed at The Redondo Beach Hotel. This is a Hilton Tapestry hotel.
It’s not far from LAX and minutes from the beach. Southern California has few hotels that are nice, affordable, and close to the beach.

I stayed there about 2 yrs ago. We got an amazing price due to covid. I'm looking to stay again in June but not liking the non covid prices lol
It's a nice hotel. We especially loved how close it was to the beach.
Unfortunately the bikes were out of service for our stay. So here's my question, Are the bike free to use or are they for rent?

Thanks for the comment. I'm not sure if there is a fee to rent the bikes. They just seemed to be at the hotel. I'm sure there is something you need to put down as collateral so the bikes don't come up missing. Across the street, those are definitely "pay to rent."
