@@TheThunderwars im an indian. No there is now specific law for displacement. You can whichever bikes that suits you be 100cc or 1000cc. All you need is the money to buy it, Drivers License and riding skills. But you need to be 18 to attain drivers license

My friend had that exact same 50cc thats on the video, due to regulations here, 50c/moped riders have to stick to 45kmh or lower. 80km/h is pretty fast for a 50cc none the less if you take in to consideration the frame and suspension and all. The new ones are barely built for those speeds
I have same bike and is stock i have just AD a exhaust and i reach 110km/h + vmax 118kmh 80km/h IS very slow in french 99% of mopped IS not stock i replace by a 70cc and other but with the limitation the cops destroy this bike

In Europe these are quite popular in places like Netherlands, Italy France and Sweden. They are 2 strokes 50cc bike that can be ridden by 15-16 yr olds, so thats mostly the age group thats on these bikes. Its not meant to be for freeway riding or any kind. In America if you think of a 2 stroke you immadiately think of dirtbikes, but here we have a lot of bikes of the racing type like Derbi, Aprillia and Rieju. Where i live these are even locked at 45km/h because of regulations, but me and almost everyone else take those restrictions out and just go full gas :) However if the police catches you you're fucked
I had a Yamaha TZR50 looked like an R1 had 75cc kit scorpion twin race pipes and it would hapilly do 120kmph pushed it to 140 at times but the light frame did not like going over 125 it's so nimble on the corners though I could flick mine through corners at 100kmph all day long
