@@TheThunderwars im an indian. No there is now specific law for displacement. You can whichever bikes that suits you be 100cc or 1000cc. All you need is the money to buy it, Drivers License and riding skills. But you need to be 18 to attain drivers license

@@lukemclaughlin8703 I’ve had 3 and you really need to look out for a well maintained and low mileage one, being an old bike and running using a carb sometimes you can have no end of problems 😬, but if you take care of it and learn how to avoid engine breaking and maybe put on a 70cc kit with an exhaust then it will be a good bike, just ride it carefully.

My friend had that exact same 50cc thats on the video, due to regulations here, 50c/moped riders have to stick to 45kmh or lower. 80km/h is pretty fast for a 50cc none the less if you take in to consideration the frame and suspension and all. The new ones are barely built for those speeds
I have same bike and is stock i have just AD a exhaust and i reach 110km/h + vmax 118kmh 80km/h IS very slow in french 99% of mopped IS not stock i replace by a 70cc and other but with the limitation the cops destroy this bike
I had a Yamaha TZR50 looked like an R1 had 75cc kit scorpion twin race pipes and it would hapilly do 120kmph pushed it to 140 at times but the light frame did not like going over 125 it's so nimble on the corners though I could flick mine through corners at 100kmph all day long
Yes TZR = R1 RS4 = RSV4 But just the style not the engine. I didn’t get a kit for the RS4 but i know a friend with a RS4 75Cc kit with pipes, and little modifications, he does between 120-130
