It looks like they never gave you any info on the bike before you started riding it. Like how to change the suspension and everything else and the screen adjustment etc etc. :) Sounds like you were not using the quick shifter either.

After 4 Hour ride I didn't feel any heat from Rally Explorer whatsoever. Great Heat management!
