    Hi Nami,
    How long have you personally kept the gyoza in the freezer for?
    How long do you think they would last?
    Keep up the good work!

    • @justonecookbook
      @justonecookbook  Месяц назад

      Thank you for watching my video!
      Gyoza can be frozen for up to a month, but my family loves it, so it will disappear quickly. 😆

    At 3:39, Nami says "I usually make four pleats on each side." She means four pleats on each end. All of the pleats are on one side of the Gyoza.

    • @justonecookbook
      @justonecookbook  Месяц назад

      I should have said right side and left side, I guess?

    • @juandenz2008

      @@justonecookbook I think your explanation is fine. But I can see this turning into one of those silly youtube comment arguments. Ha ha.

    • @edwilderness
      @edwilderness Месяц назад

      @@justonecookbook No, right *_end_* and left *_end._* It's just a minor technicality about how things are described in the English language. Where the pleats are made could be called the edge.
      As @jaundenz2008 pointed out, it's not worth arguing about.
      Thanks for the recipe and technique. Perhaps I can finally make Gyoza.
