Haiti is a hidden treasure. Finally went back last year with father who goes annually and couldn't believe the beauty. I plan on making multiple annual visits from now on myself. Couldn't believe my ears when I heard an older white american couple talking in the airport with their southern country accents, discussing their plans to buy land and build a home in Haiti to retire. They couldn't stop talking about how beautiful it was. It was a shock for me lol but I was proud.
Haiti's country side is the best place man to live, thrust me I was born in one of those places. I went back there last summer after 13 years of absence, really enjoyed it.
Speak Truth ou stupid anpil, sansal vole si ou Nan United States so kisa wap la, epi wap mange aid United States ap bay Haiti. Joel Trimble ap Fe yon gro travay.

I just want people to know it is not your color that makes you Haitian, thiis man is one of the most Haitian people I know, always posittive about his country, and he loves this country, that makes it his country.I think Haitians ned to learn how to assimilate people who have migrated to Haiti to Live there recent and generations even if they are not black. We need to be one even if we are not black or dark skin. This is I think a problem. Accept each other
I'm a first generation Haitian American living in NYC and wow....at first I thought you were moun grimelle native Haitian but then I realized your creole was not as smooth as I would expect and now I know you are in fact not Haitian but you might as well be as you speak Kreyol better than me!! I understand every word you say but I can't speak it as fluently and my mother and father ONLY speak to me in Kreyol !! ha ha Great tours of these out of the way places in Haiti....often all the west seems to show is that Haiti is poor but we all know why this is part of the racist legacy of hatred focused on making it pay for being the first place to destroy colonizers and rest freedom for the enslaved. Thanks for showing that Ayiti is still the Jewel of the Caribbean!

beautiful vid, beautiful country, beautiful people, beautiful music. does anyone know the name of the song at 7:40?
+AliMD76 It's "Nan Pye Bondye" from Jean-René Charles.
Samuel Thomas thank you so much.....Im looking for it, but cant find it anywhere. I see many other versions, but not the one from Jean-Rene Charles.
+AliMD76 Try a Haitian music store, maybe an evangelical one, and ask them if they have the CD with that track.
