JJ's upbringing is country as in Redick was born in Cookeville, Tennessee, the son of Jeanie and Ken Redick. Cookeville, Tennessee (which is only 80 miles away from Nashville) is also known for racial slurs from Cookeville and Nashville residents that happen to be white folks

His claims of the term not being a part of his vocabulary is contradicted by the fact that he used the term in the first place. Did he somehow tap into someone else’s vocabulary in some advanced way when he used this term? For someone that is supposed to be so smart he certainly has a way of insulting the intelligence of those he is speaking to.
