Must be pretty challenging to sort through all this footage and remember what you were thinking during that section of the trail! Keep crushin it Elise!
I don't understand how you can have barbed wired fences on one of the 3 most iconic trails in the US. Are those only when you need to take alternative routes? That being said, I liked and subscribed.
the barbed wire fences are ALL over the CDT, usually there are gates but not always. I think part of the reason is it's such a new trail and certain areas are still just utilizing land easements. Hopefully in coming years there will be even more gates (and easier to use gates). And thank you!!
No worries! I hiked starting in April, this video is from around the beginning of may. I finished my hike in mid - September (there will be more videos for the whole thing!) thanks for watching!
@@soniadowney7427 have any idea how much work is involved in filming a thruhike. She didn't film this for you or put it on RUclips for you. She did it for herself. Furthermore she is actually out backpacking doin 2k plus miles. You're more than likely sitting on your couch on your PS4 wasting your life. So grow up.
What's the worst water you've ever had on trail?
I really like your honesty about the pain of a thru. Its something everyone goes throught on trail, pain....pain and more pain.
Absolutely! I try to keep it real while also being grateful for getting to experience it at all.
