Just did a tasting. Definitely taste the cooked agave up front, solid oak taste from the barrel, slight caramel and vanilla on the back end. Really good Anejo. Thanks for the recommendation Mark
@@TheTequilaHombre in that case I'll give it a go. To be fair I was looking for the artesenal after your review but found a seller that had the regular at a good price so I tried it.
Like he said they are all different but fortaleza is so hyped up and not even as good as the hype … lol it’s good don’t me wrong I bought a case of añejo in Jalisco … but as good as the hype no… lol I’ll get tequileno anejo , tesoro extra añejo or this Arette suave añejo for the price .
Is this comparable in terms of "Smoothness"to Don julio añejo, because I like the taste profile of Don Julio but bottle is almost empty so I'm looking for something new here.Arette sounds promising. Great channel btw 👍
I like Arette better than the more expensive brands I've had. The Artisanal is a bit smoother and more finished but for the price, their regular repo is real close and a real bargain.
@@TheTequilaHombre : I agree it's better but is it twice as good for twice the price? I don't think so but It's still not expensive so go for it. Still, $28 vs $55 (Dec 2021 in Chicago) is significant.
@@lrvogt1257 I think its worth the price.. I get that for some people price is a huge factor in what they buy.. Nothing wrong with that. You can't go wrong with anything from Arette. Their base line is too harsh for me as a sipper..
My family is from MICHOACAN a state neighboring Jalisco but for some unknown reason I have never been able to find these tequilas Arrete Suave Pasote Ocho G4 4 Copas Really pisses me off.
@michael batts I'm not sure if you enjoy all tequila classifications (Blanco, Respo, Anejo, etc.) some only like Blancos, some only like the aged stuff.... but if you do appreciate a Blanco and ever get a chance to try Arette Blanco, you'll be blow away how much better than Patron it is. Also how inexpensive in comparison. About half the price. I did a blind tasting with a bunch of Tequila heads and their significant others and the lineup was served in chilled black shot glasses. The contenders were a mix of Patron Silver, Arette Blanco, QUI, and Maesto Doble Diamante. All of the tequilas were chilled for 30 mins prior to serving. Arette Blanco beat all competitors 17 out of 21 first place spots and really shocked most of us. QUI had the most second places at 9. At that point I hadn't tasted it before, and I only bought the Arette because I needed a 5 option, and another trusted friend not attending had recommended it. Mind you, I'm talking about the standard Arette, and not the Artesanal Suave line that is being reviewed in this video. The Artisanal Suave line is harder to come by on the EAST COAST, but I can't wait to get my hands of this Artesanal Suave Anejo. I can only imagine.
Their extra anejo is one of my favorites.
👍😋
Man, the quality of your video with your new equipment it’s fantastic!
Thank you!

Glad you liked it! Thanks for watching and commenting.
How do you think it compares to their regular anejo?
I'm new to anejo but love their regular offering.
I like it better. The flavor and drink ability is definitely better in the Suave Line..

Just placed an order for this. Thank you. 😀 In your G4 XA video you mentioned it's one of your favorite XA, but which is your #1 favorite XA? 🤔
So far it's Rey Sol and The Rey Sol 10 year aged.. 😋👍
Do you know a website that ships to Las Vegas NV?
www.hitimewine.net/catalogsearch/result/?q=arette+anejo
Have you considered or tried Old Town Tequila www.oldtowntequila.com/search.php?search_query=Arette§ion=product ?
Just picked this on at a hole in the wall on “clearance” for $53, didn’t know what I bought but now I’m excited to try
Its delicious, Nice choice!
It good. Thanks for watching..
How does this compare to ocho or fortaleza?
Why do we have to compare them? Its very different from both of them.
@@TheTequilaHombre Well some ppl cant afford them all
@@ericsentanu7752 Well, then buy one at a time. There is no reason why you can't try all of them and you don't have to do it all at once.

It's way better than Don Julio Anejo.. Much better flavor, creamier mouthfeel and super easy to drink... hands down no comparison..
Is this worth double the price compared to San matias you recommended?
Yes. It's worth it.
Hi have you tried Don Roberto extra Anejo? If so what did u think of it ?
Don Robert is diffused tequila. Made by a big machine calles a diffuser that makes tequila that tastes bad. I won't touch thr stuff..

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I prefer the Artisanal Suave more personally.

I'm glad you did too! lol

👍
Arrete blanco is the best cheap tequila and I honestly need to try this one
It's definitely a must try. So good!
How would you compare it to Don Julio 1942 , I know there’s a price different but I taste and smell white what do you think.?
This is much better than Don Julio 1942. Thanks for your questions and for watching and subscribing!
@Aaron9 Have you tried it? It is MUCH better than 1942. Thanks for your comment and thanks for calling me a hipster.. lol.. :)
@Aaron9 please EXPLAINE yourself?

Arrete Suave
Pasote
Ocho
G4
4 Copas
Really pisses me off.
We have them all on Ferment and Still.
I found all of these in Guadalajara. Not easy, but possible.
Nice seems like you really like this better than Patron
Yep! I do!
Patron is definitely overrated
