@@shomusbiologyofficial I got that, but is it kind of mutation too.. or is it just normal condition. Because as i recall "lacI (repressor) gene is already a constitutive gene (i.e; having only promoter no operator)

What happened when Is and Oc
The order of dominance is P^- > O^c> I^s>I^- . So the operon will be constitutive I guess. Though I learnt it from a note, if anyone finds anything in any standard books please share.
