I have seen many food reels lately and one thing that is very noticeable is the lack of nutritional knowledge of food they make. They call paneer, rice (pauva made from rice), potatoes, bread, sweet corn, yellow & red capsicums healthy food. These ingredients are very high calories because of their carbohydrate content. No wonder kids these are under nourished and people are are obesed and suffering from obesity related illnesses. 😞
