Beto O'Rourke Endorses Last Prisoner

The annual 420 fundraising Come And Toke It event this year was dedicated to the Last Prisoner Project. Wilie's local friend Beto O'Rourke joins to with him Happy Birthday and gives his endorsement of the LPP.
