I love the auto rear seat headrests, if your kids get out of line, you hit the button and whack them on the head! In all seriousness, I thought I wanted an explorer, but after driving several of both vehicles, the dodge/jeep wins hands down.
The retail price varies significantly depending on options. I suggest building one on the Dodge website to your specifications and it will give you an exact retail price.
Hello I just bought a suv same one like this one but the park sensors won't turn on it says service required what can I do also the rear AC won't turn on could it be the fuse or the motor
I had a 98 SLT,ans a 01 SLT both were 4x4's. At least the 13 and 14 Durango's do look a little similar to the older one's. They had style. My 98 was show truck and my 01 was for some serious off roading in Kuwait with the Jeep club. A good solid station wagon.
Mike question here, that arrangement in the second row would you be able to have that in the SRT jeep Cherokee , I'm talking about the arm rest of cause , and if I'm not mistaken the cup holders were back lit, wish you had done a night viewing on this RT Durango, would of found out
Can I have some of your opinions on the Dodge Durango RT 2013 awd 5.7 v8 hemi has 44,880 miles on it for $31,000 was wondering if you all think it’s worth it has clean car fax with only 2 owners 15 service records
this seems to be a mix of the challenger (simply because that model is going to be discontinued, look for the baracuda) and durango. Its not a bad suv, but in comparrison to Ford, euro and sister Jeep. the price is hard to swallow. Model you have I believe is equiped with the Cpt. chairs . Euro manu have this beat simply because of the maintance that comes with the car for 4 years (bmw). If you pay 2% over invoice at the dealer (invoice, not the moroni sticker) with AWD and the 5.7 for less than 47 or 1% with service incentives, then yes good deal. getting this R/T without AWD would be a complete waste. You will never get the full use and feel of the 5.7 hemi. also, get the cpt chairs if you have kids this makes life easier.
+David Hurley Those new Durango have a AWD mode they are set to but you can switch it o 4WD low if you need and if the tires start spinning out than the computer takes over and puts it into the correct drive mode depending on the situation. It's really nice. I purchased a 2013 and before that I had a 2006 model.
MikesCarInfo Dodges seem to rust more rapidly than other brands. I've heard it's the way the bend and weld the panels together. When looking for used Durangos the rust was always an issue, on earlier models. Such a good looking truck it would be nice if the rust was not an issue so soon. Toyota dealt with it by changing the way they bend and weld seams. I think it worked
modcraft13 I have a 2002 Dodge Durango. It's lived in West Virginia for all 12 years and I just noticed my first bit of rust at the bottom edge of the back liftgate. So many time I think these issues are just purely "pot luck" on if you get a good one or not. Compared to the rust issues the auto industry had back in the early 70s we have certainly come a long, long way.
And this ladies and gentlemen is why I love Dodge!

Yes, they have a Blu-ray system that mounts in the back of the front seats. I haven't seen one in person yet but there is a picture in the brochure.

It has an Alpine amp and sub woofer, I don't think it has an auxiliary output just for bass though...
and how much costs the all W.D/ vs Rear drive model?(all wheel drive)
does this model shown come whit a aux bass for the audio system
Never liked Durangos until the 2014 and up body style change. The old one's were all fails. But im definitely buying an r/t 2015 cash.
